Excellent experience from start to finish. McKayla and Josh handled the whole process quickly and professionally. I have purchased many vehicles in my time and this is by far the best experience. They did exactly as they said they would do. I drove two hours to shop here and will continue to drive there for any other purchase or service even though I have several Chevrolet dealerships very close to my home. Great job Seminole. Amazing dealership. Fantastic staff. I first went to another Chevrolet dealership...sounds like Karl Black....big mistake. I told them exactly what I was looking for. They added a "Market cost adjustment" fee of $7,500! What's that? A premium...a mark up of just pure profit for the dealership. Does not include any additional accessories or options, just more money out of your pocket and into Karl Black's pockets over MSRP. Great dealership!! No high pressure and worked great on trade in! Thank you Jacob our salesperson - he was Great!! Knew his stuff and courteous! I and my family have purchased a few vehicles from this dealership. We have also had regular service and bodywork done for us on many occasions. There has never been a disappointment with the work they do. They always do the work as they explained and do so professionally and with a friendly attitude.
