Chevy Colorado Best car buying experience I have ever had. They worked with me a lot on the price. They gave me an excellent discount for being in the military and a first responder. In addition, they gave me a 40 pack case of water right before hurricane Irma hit Florida. Exceptional customer service. I will go back to this dealership for any new truck I buy. Great first visit! I have never been to this dealership until the other day. I went because I received a post card from them informing me of a recall on my vehicle that needed attention. I made an appointment for just a couple days after I called. When I got there, I greeted with a friendly service staff member and from then on was treated very well. They were attentive and even gave me a loaner vehicle to use.

Birdie was great!! I'm now going to ask for Birdie to help me when I come. Much better experience than when I'm handled by the usual guys. Birdie was straightforward, no-nonense, very professional and polite, and best of all, I liked dealing with another woman, because the men often talk down to me. I own a Silverado 2500 and I know all about it. One time they suggested all these extra repairs/service I needed - when I looked over the paper I noticed the "suggested maintenance" totalling $1800 wasn't even for a Silverado!! T... read more
