Great first visit! I have never been to this dealership until the other day. I went because I received a post card from them informing me of a recall on my vehicle that needed attention. I made an appointment for just a couple days after I called. When I got there, I greeted with a friendly service staff member and from then on was treated very well. They were attentive and even gave me a loaner vehicle to use.

Birdie was great!! I'm now going to ask for Birdie to help me when I come. Much better experience than when I'm handled by the usual guys. Birdie was straightforward, no-nonense, very professional and polite, and best of all, I liked dealing with another woman, because the men often talk down to me.
