I initially had an appointment with Melvin Lewis but he could not make it and contacted Salesman Rafael who was very professional as well as product educated. He first asked which product we might be interested in leasing or purchasing, new or used and what our budget demands. And from there is was smooth sailing. SUGGESTION: Put the different MPP coverages panthlets out by the Sales table for the Customer to browse while the initial paperwork is being done so we have an idea of how to fit that in our budget out there before... read more

My purchase went very smooth. I was giving a fair price on my trade in and they worked hard to provide loan terms that fit my needs. The whole process ( test drive, assessing trade in value, financing,leaving with my new truck) took about two hours.
