Seminole Flatts is a great place if you're trying to be close to campus and have an affordable apartment. Overall it's a great place to live if you're a student!

the place is alright, close to FSU and that's all you'll get. the staff is helpful but maintenance can get a while. some apartments can have bugs but it depends on what place you get. overall it's standard Tallahassee apartmen.
honestly, it's really quite most of the time and i like it here. a bit pricy of a one-bedroom but splitting it with a SO is a really good deal. also free food on friday's is a plus

I renewed my lease because it is a very convenient location! The apartment is very quiet and the front staff always answers the phone. It is so easy to pick up packages too!
I have lived in Seminole Flatts for 2 years and the management is very helpful. We have different events in the office such as Bingo and canvas painting. Maintenance goes out of their way to make sure they come and fix any issues in a timely manner. Being super close to campus is a plus.
Supposedly it was been renovated recently (before I moved in), and these days, this place is amazing. The entire staff is very helpful with any little problem. They send texts and emails about upcoming activities in the office and even have Free Food Fridays (not cheap food either, I'm talking Chick-Fil-A and name brand pizza). The apartments are cozy, quaint, and clean, and amenities are great. Neighbors are friendly and quiet, and keep to themselves mostly. back in august of 2016 i was looking for a apt.and the flatts came through when i was with limited time .i've had very little issues with the apt but they have always been there without any problems the staff is extremely professional.the place is very clean n kept up.i have to give a special thanks to missal,gaby and tyler the r truly very good at what they do!!! thanks again. the was renovated very nicely !!thank again .. jojo
Great place. Resigning next year. Great location and never really loud at night. Would recommend to friend.
I've lived here for a few months now and so far I have no complaints. The staff is awesome the aparments are real nice as well. And even though its located right by the Tin Cow and Coliseum the noise isn't a burden. I've lived in other places in Tally and I must say this is the best one out all of them.
