I think most residents here can agree with me that once this place is renovated, this place should be much better than now. This place has its good and bad, but right now unfortunately, mostly bad in my opinion. Hopefully it will get better once its fully renovated. This is a complete and honest review. I've lived here for 2 years and am making sure this review is as fair as possible. Some positives is the location, it's very close to the school and to shopping. Very kind maintenance man. Large apartment and lots of closet space. The appliances in the kitchen are decent. That is where the positives end unfortunately. Some negatives include the front office staff. I arrived at this complex around 9pm at night to visit a friend. The office was closed, so I could not get a parking pass. I parked my car in a designated visitor spot overnight. When I woke up in the morning, my car was gone. In the 45 minutes that the office had been open they towed my car. I had to pay $110 to get it back. Thanks guys, what an inviting place to live.

This place SUCKS! Management is the rudest I have ever experienced. No one in the leasing office is helpful what so ever. I have never been more mistreated in my entire life. Terrible business etiquette. Zero respect for residents. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!

Awful. Just came home to a $75 "pet fee" for my dog being off a leash for my dog following me to my car this morning. The staff, which is all college kids, is decent but as usual there is a ton of turnover--so don't expect to see the same person 6 months after you live here. The manager is rude and will do anything possible to find a fee for you to pay her. The apartment is okay except for the AWFUL air-condition which does not keep the bathroom or bedroom cool. This is going to be a long review, but if you are truly considering living here maybe it will be helpful. It's a seemingly cool complex, and they do a great job selling it to you, but don't fall for it. The only thing it has going for it is the location. I live in a 1/1 and the biggest issue I have is that there is only one small AC wall unit in the living room by the front door that comes nowhere close to keeping your apartment cool. This place is a dump. Only move here if every other apartment in Tallahassee is already full. Even then, the street would probably be an improvement. There are roach infestations, leaks, mold. Everything is always broken, and maintenance doesn't do anything to fix it. Crime is ridiculous here because they don't have any cameras or anything. I even got more car keyed twice. I hope this review saves someone from the hell I've had to deal with.

Terrible place to live, over prices, and had a friend get towed and almost assaulted by an angry tow truck worker. Landlord is unreliable, and doesnt answer questions, *Might* fix your broken appliances - but PROBABLY NOT.
