This apartment complex is run by a bunch of scammers and idiots. Yes the renovated unit is nice, but the extra charges that they try and hack on after moving out are absolutely insane. I lived in this complex for a year with numerous issues. Every week we had to deal with our water being turned off for a couple hours a day, sometimes days at a time. We had apartment issues that went unresolved for weeks and we were never compensated. I do not recommend this apartment complex because the management is so awful.
They do a great sales pitch......but don't deliver! My daughter was sold on a 2/2 apartment that she researched for months back in spring of 2013. She found one she liked at a great price, and was excited that it had a washer/dryer. She then moved in August 2013 and to her surprise, the room was not ready! She was put into an older model that had no a/c or heat and was told her apartment would be ready in March. We all have "ups and downs" so she took what was dealt to her, and I give her kudos.
