Bad service This place is a joke. They try to sell you used cars with chunks of tire missing and screws in the tire and make you pay for it. The managers are rude and inconsiderate. I’ve never been treated so badly by a dealership.
Typical Bait and Switch Time wasters. They quote "NO ADD ON FEES FOR SERVICE EXPENSES OR RECONDITIONING FEES. NO BULL PRICING. BUY THE CAR FOR THE PRICE ONLINE!!" and then add $899.50 doc fee and $199.00 Electronic Filing. They note this as: ** Pre Delivery Service Charge, Electronic Filing and Tag Agency Fee. This charge represents costs and profits to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles, and preparing documents related to the sale. This seems like the opposite of No Bull Pricing to me.
Seminole Toyota Bought car. Ordered aftermarket items. Can’t get a call back on where items are. Other issues also. Seems like once cars are sold, move on to next checkbook.

customer Place is absolutely filthy..restrooms unsanitary not much cleaning here during pandemic from the looks of things. Toilets full of feces , explanation no cleaning staff and plumbing issues. In this case a book is judged by its cover....ill find another dealer
Poor Service Added an extra service to the vehicle and I was supposed to receive the documentation in the mail within 30 days, I never received the paperwork and after calling the dealership multiple times to get help with this they finally tell me that I have to call the warranty company to get it figured out. Very poor customer service, it seemed once they got my money for the vehicle they could care less about assisting me with help from a service they sold me. I won't be using this dealership again. Beware - Don't buy used car from this delare This dealer sells a defective car without disclosures. We drove the car out of the lot and within few miles the ABS, brake, and slip lights popped up. The dealer is not willing to diagnose and repair the issue without additional charges.
they suck So, I sent in the paperwork via email, picked out the van I wanted, and poof! I never heard back. I called, texted, emailed, and they simply never got back with me. My credit is almost 800, and seriously wanted to drive my toyota van home. I texted them one more time, and still nothing. But, it turned out okay! Untrustworthy Car Dealership What an awful car buying experience. I purchased a used vehicle from the lot, the car salesmen knew nothing about the vehicle we purchased, so be prepared to know everything in advance about the Make/Model of the vehicle you are looking to buy because the salesmen are clueless.
