Lost keys After the long negotiations they lost the second set of keys to my new vehicle it took at least an hour to finally tell that they couldn’t locate the keys. I was just ready to leave . They told me they would contact me the next morning regarding the second set of keys as well as schedule an appointment to correct a minor defect. I received no phone call from them. Bait & switch I was bait and switched by a female service representative. You should have the call recorded. She lied to me about every question I asked. Did not tell me important information, like the expectation to leave my car over night. I waited in my car for 20 minutes in the service drive, without acknowledgement or proper greeting. Shame of Toyota When I purchased my new 35,000.00$ car in this dealership , they had promotion-bring a friend if he buys a car- 100$ check is yours. 3 weeks later I came with my cousin, she purchased 2018 car. Terrible customer service Scheduled a testt drive. Arrived on time and was bounced to another salesman. After waiting on her to get keys, did test drive m, returned car where she requested due to that location was close to her office. She was no where to be found, asked & she was paged. Poor Zaktec service On 4/4/18 my wife brought in the 2016 Rav 4 , my third car from this dealership, for a oil change and Zaktec service. She was told she would have to leave the car as the Zaktec needed 3 hours to dry. Upon our return the next day, we found the clear coat had been applied over bug splatter on the hood. It was never properly cleaned prior to application and now the splatter is sealed under the clear coating. The service writer , Victor, just started making excuses. I asked for the service manager. $2,300 and my car still not fix I payed $2,300 to fix my engine light and they could not fix it. They want another $1,400 to keep trying. Chris assure me that charcoal canister need to be change, but that didn't work, so now they want more money. and I got "I'm sorry that that 1st fix didn't work" WOW!
Buyer beware Short and sweet, you're better off just going to a different Toyota dealership ....... It was not a good experience. I was told one thing then given something else.
