Buyer beware Got a car last month then a month later had to go back and sign some paperwork the guy said. Turns out its a new deal without telling me that they changed the deal. Just not good business. I would never but there again
Do not buy here *Update 8/17/2019* So after bring the car in and being without a vehicle for almost a week, they called and said the parts they ordered were in (I was never told I was waiting for parts, infact I wasn't told anything) and I could bring the rental back.. rental?! Will not stop calling even after it promised no p Typical car sales staff. Mislead, promise a price and then change it. Never stop pushing after being told to back off. Will buy elsewhere when ready.
VERY RUDE TO A 21 YEAR OLD TRYING TO BUY A CAR My son came into their dealership TO BUY AN ELANTRA. We had done our research and comparisons and he came in TODAY to buy a car. He had the misfortune to meet Hong Shu who was extremely rude to him and would not even show him the car. Understand what you sign On 05/25/2019 I found a truck I wanted to purchase online. I went to David Maus Toyota in Sanford, FL at 11:30am. Within 30 minutes of being in dealership I test drove the vehicle, and decided to buy. After being kept waiting for 4 hours I started the paperwork with finance. Tires with inner and out wall shredding. After buying a used 2017 Toyota Corolla from this dealership in January 2019 with suppose new tires on the car come to find out the car only had two new tires and back tires on the car where the original tires var8 came with. My wife had a flat and whe I inspected the tire to find no nail or screw puncture it. Never coming back My husband and I have been a loyal customer of this dealership, we bought our highlander there in feb this dealer seemed to have the best perks, today when he walked in to get his last free oil change they wouldn’t honor it because it was expired by two weeks. Conveniently they did not mention that last time we were here. Instead of doing the right thing by the customer they literally refused to honor it. Buyer beware. Lied to about safety inspection. I bought a used car for my 17 year old son at David Maus because I thought they were reputable. I spent more here than at a used car lot thinking a dealership would provide better quality used car and service. I was wrong. They sold me a car that is not even drivable and they won’t make the vehicle safe to drive. The wind shield wipers do not even work.
