My experience buying a used Ford F150 pickup truck from Serramonte Ford was overall a smooth one, and positive. The car salesman who helped me, Leo Espinosa, was very friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and easy going. He let me test drive the vehicle several times, and went out of his way to make sure I had setup the Ford Pass App on my phone correctly. Again, my experience exceeded expectations. Everything went smoothly. Since I was having a full brake job done (a long with the service), it took a while, and so I accepted the offer of a ride home, and then my car was delivered (clean) to my house in the afternoon. Very convenient! Serramonte Ford is my go-to car service, and Carlos Alcala is my go-to rep. He is reliable and presents things in a factual way, so I don't have that "Oh, No!" feeling.
