My first experience ever at Serramonte Ford was outstanding. I took my used '22 Mustang in for servicing. Thank goodness I had the good fortune to have Pam answer when I called in to make the appointment. Hands down, best experience at a car dealer ever. She got me in the next morning, arranged for a ride, provided useful updates, and my service came in UNDER the estimate. When does that ever happen? Never....until now. Pam is a dream; I'm looking forward to my next visit to Serramonte.
