Serramonte Ford is the best Ford dealership anyone could ever hope for. The service supervisor, Henry Bueno, is absolutely amazing in every way--he was able to diagnose a difficult-to-determine but persistent and troubling problem that took our car out of commission for the holiday season, starting at Thanksgiving. Thanks to Henry and his tech, they saved Christmas and New Year's for us, and traced the problem back to poor manufacturing at the plant. I was able to get an appointment first thing in the morning. Dropped the car off and had breakfast within walking distance. Provided the service requested in the specified amount of time. A working desk with WiFi was available for me to have a meeting while waiting. Was able to use my Ford reward points to pay for part of the service. All round great experience.

Serramonte Ford Service takes super good care of my vehicle. My car freaked out (not sure why), wouldn't start for 45 minutes. Got it started, drove straight to Serramonte ford (545pm), my service advisor (Lucas) was still there!! Took in my car, got it checked out and was ready for me to pick up within 24 hours. Thank goodness nothing was found to be wrong but it was scary and they helped me out and eliminated my concerns.
