It seemed to take a long time to get the part needed and the appointment scheduled. The problem was identified on 12/06/23. It took repeated calls to get a call back. Something seems to have changed there.
Our sales rep Vaseem was knowledgeable and easygoing throughout our long process of ordering vans from the factory.

Average to say the least. IMO with the amount spent it should have been above average. The Mechanic didn't reset the oil life nor did he or she remove the plastic cover or carpet cover they placed on the seat and rug of driver seat. Shouldn't it be put back the way it was brought in?

Great service from all the staff. Joe Bowen was a great sales person, very aproachable and respectful of my time and needs. he was able to direct me to the exact car that I was looking for and helped me along with his sales management and finance team to get me the best deal possible.
