We hired Horizon to replace 2 air conditioner/ Heat pumps. They were prompt, neat and very professional. We have since had them return to do the routine maintenance and Fall check up on our systems. We were very happy with the service we received.

Terrific experience, from the initial consultation, including identifying existing issues with the HVAC system beyond just replacing the units. Full disclosure of all pertinent facts and circumstances made it easy to see why Horizon outshines the competition. The installers were professional, courteous and willing to answer all questions we had throughout the day.

Matt provided competent, courteous service. He talked to me as he worked, explaining how the system worked, pointing out what needed to be done now, as well as what I could expect in the future. I had heard Horizon's ads on KYW, so my expectations were high. Matt exceeded them in every way.

I recently had my air conditional serviced. The service was excellent and on time. The serviceman was exceptional, polite and eager to do a great job. After completion he explained what had been done and what might need to be done sometime down the road. I comment Horizon and a job well done.

My inside air handler (Carrier) was 18 years old and the heat pump outside was a bottom-of-the-line Ducane that was 15 years old and already had a few parts repaired and a hard start installed. I couldn't ask anymore from either of these units. I contacted Horizon and they came out and gave me a quote on replacing both units. I called another company just to see if I was in the same ballpark and even though they were cheaper, they were going to use my existing pipes and wires. Call Horizon Services! This is the first time we used them and we are very pleased. Justin came out on June 15, 2015 to do an air conditioning check. He was very professional, yet personable. As he was writing up his paperwork, Justin took a few minutes to interact with our young children, who were very interested in him and why he was here. It was nice to see that. I had Horizon to come out to do an annual tuneup on my central air conditioner. The tech did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable,. He left the site clean with no trash laying around.
