From the original techs who inspected my AC compressor, to the salesman and the two young men who installed my new Lennox equipment, everything was well done. All were courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of my needs. Despite a truck breakdown on the day of installation, which created a delay of several hours, I was kept informed of the situation. Just a side note......my energetic little toy Yorkie loved them all.

Horizon has been our home HVAC company for the past two years. Their professionalism and attention to detail has allowed our dilapidated heating system to run efficiently through this terrible winter. Thank you to all of the service technicians who came out to service our heater.

Requested emergent service, and horizon called immediately to receive details and arranged for an appointment.Price was high, so we didn't end up using their service

Expensive; and likes to throw in the extras which seem over priced. Otherwise, the service was Ok. Were professional and clean.

The service professionals that work for Horizon are always on time for appointments. They are friendly, keep the work area clean, and are knowledgeable about their work. We have had them out to service our heating/cooling system, and they are courteous and always replace the filter when they are out. Their costs are fair, and there is never any "unexpected" expense added on.

As you read this...keep in mind that my AC unit is NOT EVEN BROKEN!! I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! The Technician told me my AC unit was broken and the repair cost he quoted was astronomical. It was an obvious ploy to get us to consider purchasing a new one! I have had had 2 other companies look at my problem and also spoke with 2 A.C professionals that I know personally (in other states) to relay the information that the technician gave me. Horizon came to service air conditioning. Unit was cleaned out and seemed to be running fine. System then began to run with no cold air coming out of vents. Called Horizon and they returned. Tech showed me that the unit had frozen. He also told me a new unit might be needed. Since he couldn't fix while frozen, a third tech came back. He said that a new motor would be required at a cost of $900. My husband questioned this, but the tech could not give him a reason for his evaluation. While the plumber was very nice, it was obvious he was trained to 'overfix' things so they can guarantee their work for 2 years. He would not consider just replacing the gasket on my toilet that was the problem, but HAD to replace everything in the toilet as well. It was not necessary and did increase the price substantially. He also was either inexperienced or just didn't want to tackle a leaking faucet which was my main concern. Needed to replace Central Air & Central Heat. Contacted three different contractors. Used the same brand name and products to fairly evaluate pricing. Found Horizon to be the most expensive, in fact outrageous. Plus the hard/fast sell routine. "Let me check our schedule, in fact we are slow right now and if you go with us right now, we can install ..........................................ect.."
