Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient are just some of the words we'd use to describe the two technicians who worked on three A/C units in our home. Despite the pouring rain and all the trips inside and out, they never complained - not once in three hours! Whatever formula Horizon is using for service, especially customer service, keep it up!

Technician came for yearly PM. Very nice, knowledgeable person. Explain me everything he was doing and answering all my questions. Cam eon time too. He change both filters for heating/ Air Conditioning and dehumidifier.

We contracted with Horizon a couple of years ago to do our HVAC semi annual maintenance. I was home when the technician came for the A/C check up. He arrived on time and even called when he was a half hour away to let us know he was in route. He explained what he would be doing and went about the inspection. He reviewed all of his findings with us after he was done. I was impressed with the professional way he handled himself. We are very happy with the service.

The fourth of five HVAC contractors we'd asked for estimates. Horizon made solid recommendations and gave us a great price. Their crew showed up on time the following morning wearing clean uniforms and got right to work. Every member of that team was courteous, knowledgeable and clean. I've had Horizon Services to my house almost a dozen times now, for a house to road drain pipe cleaning, HVAC work, plumbing work, and each time the techs have been understanding, respectful, and easy to get a long with. They've been polite, and not pushy.

You know the quality of a company by the employees it keeps. From my experience with Horizon Services employees I know that Horizon Services itself is a great company with the highest quality.

We had our 21 year old central air die suddenly 2 weeks ago. Our old HVAC company was slow to give us a quote. We called Horizon on a Saturday, they had a sales person out in less than 3 hours who comprehensively evaluated our needs and we had the system installed 3 days later without a hitch. Great people, great products.

I've used Horizon services twice now. On both occasions I had the same very friendly, competent tech and my problem was resolved quickly and professionally and at a very reasonable cost. I was grateful someone recommended them as I'm new to the area and was afraid of a high cost I was unprepared for.
