Clean up of water damage was done quickly, but restoration work was NEVER completed. Lots of promises given, but work completed was poor quality and trim/baseboard work was not done after 6 months. Billed us for work not done. So much hassle…

The Dry Out Team and all Contractors did a great job and I have no complaints about them. The problem was with the management side. Took 8 months to complete the job. Poor communication. Didn't quote the insurance company for everything I asked. Still have old pieces that were replaced sitting in garage and bedroom that were never picked up and had problems with refrigerator when they moved it that I had to take care of myself. You guys must not do any type of background checks on employees at this organization? I feel like this would be important when if you guys are coming in and out of peoples houses🤷🏼‍♀️ Used serve-pro after the flood this year, but I wont be hiring this company again.

they never even finished the estimated. never returned phone calls. when I did get him on the phone said they'd get on it could be done in couple days. never called me or my insurance. did nothing to this day. couldn't pay me to recommend them to do anything

they screwed my house up soooo much!! the bathroom is so nonfunctional. they only replaced HALF of the roof shingles. the painter asked us if we wanted to sell him foodstamps for cash!! seriously!?!? the kitchen cabinets they charged us for are not the ones they put in. they took sooo much more money from the insurance company then they used in our home. servpro is a scamming company! i would never recommend them to anyone!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. My basement sustained severe flooding during the June storms. Servpro was too busy to even return my call. I finally went through their website and finally was called "for more information". In July after mold took over my basement, it initially took a week to have someone come out just to look, and was told a mold specialist would call me in 2-3 days.
