Great staff and a greasy experience
My first service, and I was MORE than pleased! As a 43 year old mom, having laser hair removal for the first time in THAT area was intimidating, but the staff was AMAZING!! The front desk staff was wonderful and warm, and both technicians working with me were wonderful! Made me feel quite comfortable in what normally would be an uncomfortable situation! They were ALL AWESOME!!! Side note - parking during "lunch rush" on a weekday is CHALLENGING! Prepare for that.
The people were great but, location is way to small and the wait times for appointments is way to long and not what the Nurse suggested. She says to really do it right come back in 4 to 6 weeks but they didn't have anything available until 9 to 10 weeks out. Very disappointing!
super cute place, my nurse was friendly and answered all my questions before beginning procedure. I recommend, the only “bad” thing was that I had to wake nearly 3 months to book my first session/ appointment.
Booking your initial appointment is challenging; expect a 2+ month wait, however the receptionist is pleasant and tries to accommodate your needs as best she can. First appointment started about 15 late but that seems to be the norm with most laser clinics. Best to avoid booking during lunch or dinner time as this strip mall has terrible parking with the popular food hall in the same center.
The nurse made me feel comfortable for my first visit. She was great in answering any questions or concerns and going through all information before getting started. Calm atmosphere.
One problem that I usally have in Laser Hair Removal is I felt awkward cause I am the only male in the clinic. However I've been with SEV for almost a year now and I am really happy with the result of my hair removal process.

It’s a lovely office and Amanda, the receptionist, is very gracious and helpful. My procedure was completed quickly and efficiently. I will look forward to my next visit.
