Went for my first session. The staff was super nice and well informed on the lasering process. I am looking forward to the rest of my sessions. I’m curious to see how well the sessions work!
Some of the laser specialists are warm and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk seem less so, but they are generally respectful to those who walk in. It is hard to get appointments when you want them, so you need to book them more than a month in advance. For most of my appointments, I didn't have to wait long, but there was one time I had to wait about 30 minutes before being seen. Also, keep in mind that they highly recommend tipping, when I've been to other laser clinics that don't.
This was my first time getting laser removal done and it was painless, fast, and easy! Check in went smoothly, the site was clean, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly
Have nice equipment. I FaceTimed nurse practitioner a day before my initial app for 3 min. I didn’t feel nurse was professional somehow. Location is hard to find due to GPS navigated me to a wrong place behind their location. Parking was very hard. Tech was very nice and answer all my questions. Making app for next time was more than 9 wk: although, tech told me 4-6wk is recommended.

Front desk is super friendly. The nurse is informative and process is so fast. Blink of an eye.
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The Irvine location was relatively easy to find. Good sized parking lot that is shared with other offices and restaurants/eateries. The office is small and the room I was in wasn't completely enclosed meaning you can hear other conversations in a jumbled tone. They are very popular so schedule weeks or even a month or two in advance.
Painless and comfortable. I forgot my ladies name but she was in room one. They have a cooling fan so need for numbing cream
