Loved this place- front desk employee was as sweet as can be, technician was just as great. Great experience.
My visit was educational, professional, easy and quick. Very nice staff!
The staff and location are 5 stars. The only thing that is a negative is that they book so far in advance once I finished my first appointment they couldn't schedule my second until 10 weeks out, and it's recommended to come back 4-8 weeks later. I feel like by booking this way they are doing their clients a disservice. I don't see why they don't add another laser tech or sell a few less Groupons.
The receptionist was very kind and informative, and Vickie, the woman who handled my procedure, was extremely professional and highly pleasant. After I finished my session, the receptionist was sincerely interested in my experience and was extremely personable. The people here are wonderful! I look forward to my next appointment.

They were incredible. They let me know what to expect every step along the way. I was afraid it would hurt but it didn’t at all! It was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone looking to get some hair removed. The ladies were all so sweet! Can’t wait for my next treatment!
One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From making the appointment with Amanda, to being welcomed the day of appointment by Leanna to getting my treatment done with Chrissy. I’m telling you this company is top notch. I had a great experience and I completely recommend them.
