They do not care about their patient's and it is all about how can I get money! Please stay clear of this business, they will haunt you and call your number and make appointments for you even though you never made an appointment. Their first appointment is by a phone call then charge your insurance twice the amount a first visit would be for a REAL physician! had an appointment at 815 am this morning. my doctor finally showed up in office at 905 am. I asked why was I kept waiting. she yelled don't schedule your appointments so early. really??? Dr Cara is FIRED
I called this morning to make sure I had my refill before leaving town and here it is just shy of 5 pm and nothing. I have also been trying to get back thru for 35 mi. and all I get is the hold music.

RecommendedFirst, I want to say that I really love Dr. Patel and also Rebecca. However, I’m at a point where I’m ready to look for a different provider because I am fed up with the billing agent trying to dun us for our co-pay that we do NOT owe. Multiple times I AND my husband have told them that Community Care Ins is covering 100% for televisits during the pandemic. This has been the case since April 2020. extremely hard to get someone on the phone. return calls are not made. even the phsrmacy can't get through. I have been trying since Monday morning to get a rx filled supposedly the office sent it Monday but pharmacy doesn't have it. suposedly, resent at 1:30 today and still nothing
