Dr. Patel is awesome, with the experience I had I lost trust in doctors and anything I had to have done would set me into a panic, Dr. Patel told me from the beginning that he has to build my trust (not once did he say I had to trust him but that HE has to build my trust) this showed me right then that he understand my experience and my now fear and he had the empathy for that. Awful insurance and billing follow up. 1. They canceled the insurance agreement with insurance provider after the procedure without notification causing the procedure to be considered an out of provider network expense and a 6 month delay in future treatments while working out the coverage with the insurance provider 2. Billed me a new amount 6 months after the procedure. While no one can figure out why I was charged this additional amount the bills keep on being sent. I was EXTREMELY disappointed my first visit with Michelle. She cut my meds in half without a gradual decrease. My son & I have been a patient of Dr Sorrenson for over 10 years without any issues. She also cut my son whom is 25 years old with cerebral palsy and wheelchair bound with SEVERE spasms & pain from 220 norcos to 30 morphine 15 mg AND MY SON SUFFERED!!!!! He CRIED & CRIED!
