My first appointment with this office was ridiculous. I had an appointment, arrived 45 minutes before my appointment as I was instructed to do to fill out paperwork and I waited 2 hours to see the doctor only to be pushed off to the PA because of a "disconnect" on their part. The only reason I waited was because of the extreme pain I was in. After that day I could never get a hold of anyone and finally I made the decision to go elsewhere. I couldn't even get a hold of them to cancel all future appointments.
They're injection center is my concern. I was injected in my spine and not sure but I was sedated just fine until my arm flew off the table and I was screaming and hollering my blood pressure was very high it took some time to calm me down.. I cried on the table about how my arm is hurting felt like a knife went through my elbow. he checked on me and I was still crying, they never did call me back after the first conversation about how bad I was still hurting a month later now its been 3 months and. my hesdaches are more o... read more
I'm having so many problems with the ones that's suppose to work assisting people with schedules and then you get up to the clinic and no one knows anything
lose there self imposed hoops they jump thru , if a patient has insurance and approval from that insurance to be treated . Schedule them . But I will never try and be seen here . I contacted them 2 months ago , had Dr fax them my record for the prior year , with referral . They said they would review and contact me. Its still not happened . Will never recommend any one here

Showed up at 10:10 For my appointment done the Patient portal check in by 10:30 I went to window to find out why I had not been called up for my co-pay to find out i had to reschedule my appointment after a hour drive and doing THEIR CHECK IN was not seen! On top of the lady at the window being very unprofessional she needs more training about how to do her job. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.... ALSO ALL THE 5 STARS THEY GET IS FROM THEM NOT MAKING YOU PAY A COPAY IF YOU LEFT A GOOD REVIEW FOR THEM. Just a heads up
The online request & implied concern for a new patient/appointment is a joke. My husband was suffering with nerve pain in his shoulder for several days so we decided to see a doctor. Filled out the form & received confirmation we would be contacted "very soon". Nobody bothered to reach out to us. Very disappointed.
Staff working at the front desk are very very rude. They treat you like you are a addict and like they are way above you. That's how they make me feel everytime i visit the office. The Sheridan office is complete opposite absolutely love them they make sure are comfortable and taken care of.
