It’s an expensive investment with many choices, many unknowns and a myriad of companies to choose from. They all promise basically the same thing. In our subdivision we were limited to a few colors and styles of shingles which narrowed down the process. I recently had my roof replaced. I worked with ********************* from the beginning through to the completion. He was professional while also being very personable. He made it easy to understand the whole process. He filed the report with the insurance company and was present when the insurance inspector came to check the roof. After a hail storm rolled through our neighborhood on July 17th, *********************** and his crew were out canvasing and doing free inspections. He provided photos and explanations of all of the damage and helped me start the claims process with my insurance company. After being denied coverage, ***** appealed the decision and provided more detailed photos and descriptions to our adjuster and, ultimately, got our claim approved.
