It is extremely rare, and I mean RARE, for me to have this great of an experience. I worked with Shane to do a refinance and purchase a house in the OBX. Shane Cook is simply amazing in the way that he has handled my home financing needs. He made the process of refinancing my existing home, and at the same time financing a newly acquired second home, extremely smooth and trouble free. That is saying a lot in the current lending environment! His knowledge of the lending market, his attention to detail, and his prompt responses to my questions make him the best I have ever dealt with.

Shane Cook is a professional in every way possible. He helps make the mortgage process easy when in most cases it is anything but easy. He has the ability to answer just about any mortgage question and if doesn't know something he will get right back to you with an answer. From the time I first contacted Shane to the closing of the refinance took less than a month. He was always available, even on the weekends. The process went without a hitch, which I attribute to Shane's professionalism and desire to accommodate our schedule to get the refinance done.I would definitely recommend Shane and Prime Lending!
