Shane Cook is simply amazing in the way that he has handled my home financing needs. He made the process of refinancing my existing home, and at the same time financing a newly acquired second home, extremely smooth and trouble free. That is saying a lot in the current lending environment! His knowledge of the lending market, his attention to detail, and his prompt responses to my questions make him the best I have ever dealt with.

From the time I first contacted Shane to the closing of the refinance took less than a month. He was always available, even on the weekends. This has been the most HONEST and straight forward process dealing with Prime Lending and Shane Cook. When I left Shane's office from the initial meeting I was so comfortable because he explained to me everything in detail and left nothing behind "curtain # 1".
