I can't recommend Shane highly enough. Shane guided us through the always technical and complicated process of closing a new home purchase with an expert level of knowledge and lightning fast responsiveness. He was a great asset in finding the right product and getting the loan closed. If you need a mortgage, Shane is a perfect partner.

Shane was incredibly easy to talk with about my number of questions when starting my refinance. He is incredibly thorough and suggests options that we didnt even think of. I would definitely return to work again with him.

Shane was incredibly responsive and professional. He managed to get the loan approved in less than 12 days. We put a contract on a house in Nags Head in Sept 2015 and my real east ate agent suggested I go with Shane Cook for the mortgage given his outstanding reputation in the community. I am retired military and had access to military credit unions, and have a PhD in Engineering and "know how to run the numbers" - but their rates (and all the other lenders I checked) were not as good as Shane's.
