I'm definitely impress with Mr. Shane ethic of work, nothing but a feeling of confidence and prompt service by his firm and best of all , He's always happy to help and support with anything . With his knowledge and professionalism he gives you the confidence that you are working with the best and that he'll do whatever it takes to have the best results for you . One of the kind for sure and very fortunate to be taking care by his firm as well..One of my best choices i had ever made is to work with Mr. Shane..!!!

By far the best ever experience doing a re-fi. Shane's on-line doc service is outstanding and his communication during the process was exceptional.If we could give Shane 6 stars we would.

Working with Shane was a real pleasure. Not only was I presented the best option, but Shane was patient while I worked through the options and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Much of the process took place while I was traveling and was seamless.

Shane and his team were amazing to work with. All of our other experiences with mortgage lenders had been so painful. Shane was super fast to respond and always upfront. A few days before we were to close we had a house emergency and needed to change course and take money out. It only delayed things by maybe 24-48 hours. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

Shane Smith is the man! He is extremely trustworthy, so much so that he is in my "circle of trust". He makes you feel very comfortable throughout the whole mortgage loan experience. He is extremely personable and his communication skills are stellar. His knowledge of the mortgage industry is second to none. Shane walks you through the process from start to finish. I highly recommend him for any mortgage needs.
