Shane was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very quick to respond to my inquiries and questions, and he always made sure I fully understood what he meant. He worked diligently to insure that I was able to get the best rates, and he was thorough in his explanations of the items he needed from me in order to keep the process going quickly. Shane made my refi process smooth and easy. Everything done via email. The only time I had to meet with someone was to sign docs. Would def recommend.
