I contracted several mortgage companies. Shawn was the first to respond.After I provided all required pre-qual information and had an approval letter almost immediately.Shawn and his team completed my loan and we closed 18 days after my offer was accepted from the seller. Keep in mind this included weekends, so it was 14 weekdays days total. That was fast!It was the easiest and best experience one could hope for.I am grateful for Shawn and his expertise and his solid team of professionals.

It's extremely difficult to put into words the exceptional job Shawn Richard did in getting my refinance done. Very professional. He has an excellent knowledge of his industry. He will work with you to get the best results with what you have, and he will be honest about what needs to be done. When an issue arose, he would immediately jump on it and get it resolved. Being a first time home buyer, Shawn made the experience seamless and a lot less stressful that I thought it was going to be.
