Shawn helped us get a great house and walked us through the entire mortgage process. He was very accurate on the numbers he put in and we closed early in about 3.5 weeks -- very fast. Since we were able to sign electronically on a lot of documents it was very painless. Highly recommended.

Shawn Richard is awesome at what he does very helpful and patient. Knows how to break stuff down to where one is able to understand. Overall he is geart to work with on a huge procces like this he will move mountains to try and make sure everything is on point. He will not let you down!!!

I had been working with 3 other companies before Shawn making it happen!! The other 3 companies wasted 7 months of my time and life to tell me they couldn't make the loan happen.
