Shelby is amazing, always answered every phone call or text message, answerd all of my questions, gave an advise and even helped me to write explanation letters. And 4 days before closing, he lowerd my APR by the whole 1 percent. He made closing super easy, all I had to do is to provide documents he told me to provide, everything else was taken care of. Great experience overall! 😃👍
