Elas's made for the perfect dining experience. Excellent service, with just the right amount of attentiveness, and our waitress clearly knew the menu inside and out. Every dish we ordered was excellent. The evening was well paced. We will definitely be gonig back again.

Vanessa, our server at Ela’s on the Water, was exceptional. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she provided fantastic recommendations. Vanessa’s attentive service and friendly demeanor made our dining experience memorable. Kudos to her for her outstanding service!
Nice setting and pleasant staff. It may have been an "off" evening since it was mid-week, but this was my experience. The hushpuppies were fried batter but were not seasoned ... at all. The Oysters Rockafeller were also ill-prepared ... sorry to be harsh, but they were the worst I've experienced. Not inedible but certainly not close to the expectation of someone who enjoys them often. The server was quite pleasant and patient. The ambiance was set in low light, and we had a lovely view of the water. Great date night setting!
We love this restaurant it’s got a wonderful location and views of Shelter Cove marina. We’ve been several times and the food was always outstanding. Unfortunately on our last visit the cross-cut flounder was deep fried for too long. We understand that sometimes things happen.
I have eaten here often. It is one of my favorite places on Hilton Head. The crabcakes are the best om the island. Great view too.

It was our second time at Ela's and like the first time, the food was great, the wine choices varied and approachable, the view also wonderful. Service was again the only thing that brought the experience down...Last time it was a very nice gentleman who was a bit scattered. This time we had a server who, while efficient, clearly gave off the vibe that she would rather have been anywhere else. She wasn't rude, and not forgetful, but cold and off putting.
