It was restaurant week and their tasting menu was wonderful.
We went for restaurant week and had their prix fixe menu. All items were tasty. Servings were scaled back which was perfect to have the opportunity to try several of their dishes. Seafood gumbo, Caesar salad and short ribs were definitely best items. Grouper was a bit overcooked and I didn’t understand the combo it was paired with. Peppers and onions overpowered the delicate flavor of the fish and the sauce was almost nonexistent. Overall, it was a good solid meal but we aren’t dying to go back.
The restaurant has a great ambiance . It was very romance. The food was wonderful. Our server Karen was very professional and knowledgeable.
David is attentive and efficient and always makes you feel like they’re happy you came. Kinda like Cheers (but MUCH better food and view!!)
We went during Restaurant Week and therefore can only review it from the perspective. The week happened to coincide with a special occasion as a place this nice is one I would reserve only for that kind of occasion. The food was fantastic in every respect. The views from our cozy table were lovely. Live music was nice. Service was excellent. We went for restaurant week and had their pre fixed menu and everything was delicious.
Very nice. Food was good. Server was very attentive. Whole evening was very nice.
We were a party of 4 and all had the restaurant week special meal. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared, from the ahi tuna appetizer and fried green tomato , lobster bisque and entree short ribs and scallops. Great service and atmosphere as well. We will return.
We really enjoyed our first visit to Elas during the Restaurant Week tasting menu. The menu was a perfect reflection of dining at Elas. The service was impeccable. We will return to sit on the outside patio.
