ELA'S consistently offers delicious food artfully presented. The service staff is appropriately attentive, even during very busy service times. And of course, the ambience, particularly the harbor view, is enjoyable. A bit chilly next to the windows in the winter season.

We sat at a high top table in the bar and it was very very loud. There was a piano player in the bar that made it even louder. A couple at the table next to us even asked to be moved outside. I would be interested in sitting in the main dining room to see if it was better.
Restaurant week Great menu and price for meal at this restaurant. Not handicap friendly with tables too close together and limited space. Very loud at 6:30, but much better at 7:30. Live music.
