Our party had dinner at Ela’s around 7:30 pm. Our waiter, David, did a very nice job of making us feel welcome and explaining the options. I must say David made some very good recommendations. The food was excellent and very tasty. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars across the board was due to feeling that everything was rushed. This was a birthday and anniversary dinner. I would recommend ELA’S on the water to anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful evening of delicious food and ambience! Our sever Karen was awesome! Please keep her! She knew the menu and was knowledgeable in helping to make our choices. The staff was attentive. Now on to the food I had the braised short ribs with Gouda cheese grits, and all I can say is OMG so good! The strawberry cake was so delicious and the best I have ever had!!! We will be back!!!!

This was our 4th visit as we come to the area every year and always plan for dinner at Elas. Great food and service. Beautiful views of the water and the heat lamps kept us nice and warm on a chilly night. We will be back !
Great dining experience- our waiter was attentive and very professional. The food was exceptional- fresh and tasty. Great music the night we were there- fantastic ambience. Prices were a little high but worth it. Highly recommend this restaurant.
