We so enjoyed our dinner at ELA’S on the Water. Nice setting facing the marina. All of our food options were outstanding. The portions were good too. Our server Kenroy was really good. He was attentive, and pleasant to deal with. Overall it was a great experience. We will Probably book this restaurant one more time before the end of our trip.
So glad we were able to experience Ela’s. We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for many years and haven’t taken the time to dine there. It was awesome! The food was delicious, Emilio was our server and he was very professional, and the atmosphere was great. We loved watching the boats come and go in the marina. We will be back!

We had a nice dinner, great table with view, and overall enjoyable time. The downside was we kept feeling rushed by our server - rushing to take our order, several times she tried to take our bread (literally 5 min after putting it down on the table), our entrees arrived too quickly (yes that’s a complaint as we hadn’t even received our drinks), and 3x were asked if she could take our dinner plates which clearly still had food on them. Sat on patio. Service was patient with us as we were slow to order. Food was very good and will not hesitate to return.
Third time dining there. We are residents of HH. The ambiance is great and the service phenomenal. My issue comes from the decreased quality in food. Had the surf and turf, as I always do, this time and the last the quality and preparation of the meat seriously lacked, the broccoli I was crunchy or undercooked.
