Excellent food, lobster nachos and lobster ravioli were delicious. Steamed lobster was tough or over cooked. Good cocktails. We sat inside with a beautiful view of the water, nice music in the background. Seating area were arranged into smaller area which made for less noise. Overall a wonderful experience, we'll be back!!
The food and setting was outstanding as always. The service was ok, but not great. Our server wasn’t very engaging and didn’t do a great job presenting the specials. Also, the man performing live music was a distraction. His guitar playing was pleasant but the music was too loud on the patio and he was singing off key for most of the time. Hard to enjoy a romantic sunset dinner with that experience, unfortunately.
We’ve had the same waiter for the past three years, he is super friendly. Food is always exceptional. We had the lobster risotto, golden tail fish special, shrimp scampi bucatini, lobster ravioli, and mushroom risotto. Also the cheesecake is homemade 😋

It was our first time there and it was wonderful. We were celebrating our anniversary. They brought us some champagne which was a surprise. The meal was wonderful. My husband had the grouper and I had the scallops. Both were excellent. We finished it off with some delicious hummingbird cake. Our waiter was fabulous and the view gorgeous.
Always enjoy Ela’s. It’s one of our go to places while on the island.
Everything was wonderful except the air conditioning. When you are having an excellent meal it is really hard to enjoy when you are dripping with sweat. Honestly, it was cooler outside in the 90 heat. Don’t know if it was truly broken as the shop downstairs said or just not working well. Either way fans or some other cooling mechanism would have helpful. Other than that the food was delicious.
Kinda disappointed. Food was not good. Service was meh. I ordered seared tuna and there was some weird sauce with it. They accommodated soy and wasabi but seems like they were trying to force something there. The kale was sweet- kinda gross- just leave it alone!!! I couldn’t get as far as dessert.
Kathy was great as a server. Good wine Fish special was very dry. A bit disappointing
