Outstanding experience! Ella’s is one of our “must go” experiences on our annual visits to Hilton head. Beth relaxing excellent food and service. The ambiance is quiet and very relaxing. Don’t miss it!
Absolutely a fantastic dining experience!! The service and food were amazing, from the calamari to the scallops and grouper.
We enjoyed a lovely table overlooking the marina. Cocktails were perfect, food was superior. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Will definitely return!
We had a wonderful experience at ELA’s On the Water during our visit to South Carolina! The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, with stunning waterfront views that made the meal even more enjoyable. Our waitress, Vanessa, was incredibly sweet and accommodating she made sure we had everything we needed and added such a warm, personal touch to our evening. This restaurant overlooks the Shelter Cove Harbor and has ample outside seating as long as you make a reservation. The menu is varied and the food is excellent, albeit just a bit pricey. Service was great.
Had a great dinner out on the patio overlooking the water. The Grouper and the Tile fish were excellent. A bit pricey but worth it.

it was our first time at Ella’s on the water and we had a wonderful dinner. Our waitress was outstanding. The atmosphere was really nice with a musician that played great music but low enough that we could still talk. My husband had the pork chop, which was the best pork chop I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The portions are large. We like the gumbo it was very good. I had the seafood scampi, bucatine and it was very good. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. Will definitely go again
Everything was great- the service, food and ambiance. The fish special, lobster, steak, shrimp and grits, crab cakes and scallops were the dishes that our party had and everything was delicious and well presented. The desserts were excellent too! I gave the value just 3 stars because I felt that the prices were a bit too high, perhaps by 10%. Overall though, I highly recommend trying Ela’s!
