Went to Ela’s to celebrate our anniversary, first time there. Arrived 7min early to our 7pm reservation, but had wait 15min past to be seated. The server was attentive, but never smiled one time, just seemed like she wasn’t happy to be there. As an aside, we noticed another server that also appeared to not be having a good day either. The food was just so-so for the price, we expected better, in fact had better at “Sunset Grill” on Jenkins (they were easily a 5-Star rating) and highly recommend them. Cool atmosphere on the water. Good food. Good service. Live music the night we were there.
White linens, beautiful views, excellent service, great food, and forget the French fries!
Food was good, a little pricey but still good. Asked to get a table with a view but was told no. There were 2 tables near us with views that sat empty the whole time we were there. We were finished eating within an hour but had to wait 45 minutes for our bill and change. Missed the sunset because of our location of table and waiting so long to leave.
Fantastic food and service. Our server, Vanessa, quickly picked up on our slow pace for dinner. Each course arrived at the perfect time and was perfectly prepared. Already looking forward to our next visit.
It was great as always! We had asked for a specific table. When we arrived- a few late, it was taken. They still made it great as we sat right next to the special table. Staff always makes it a great evening! Thank you so much!! We love eating there.
We sat outside, had an amazing view our server Amilio was attentive and made excellent recommendations. Pricey but knew that going into it. An amazing night.
As always, EXCELLENT! When we arrived for our reservation, the very gracious host gave us the option of an indoor window table immediately or waiting 15 minutes for an outside table. Given that it was a beautiful evening and we were in no hurry, we took the later., and enjoyed our drinks in the bar listing to the keyboard player. Loved everything about Ela’s! Raven was awesome, will definitely come back the next time that we are HHI.
