Wonderful food and service right on the water.
Last 2 visits to Ela’s have missed the mark. We want to still love it here but the service this last time was really lacking. We had a great table in the front corner inside. But this front location is also I. The bar with a high ceiling and live music which makes conversation difficult. 6 people ordered drinks, starters, salads, entrees and desserts. Food was very good, views were good but noise level made it difficult to converse.
Asked for outdoor dining but were told none available and several tables outside were empty the entire time we were there Service was ok priced a bit high for small portions
Great food, scenery of the water and boats at night was awesome. Service was very attentive and accurate. Highly recommend, we will be back!
Lovely dinner for our anniversary. I noted that we were celebrating our anniversary when I made the reservation on Open Table but was disappointed that the restaurant did not acknowledge it.
Outstanding Salmon Rockefeller, great service. Few tables on earth can beat the view. Service is superior. All- in- all, a great evening.
By far the best food we have had in Hilton Head. This is the third place I have ordered oysters and these were very good, presented correctly (not suck to the shell) and just as the server had described. I also had the tuna tartare which was very very good and my husband had the tilefish with bacon/cheddar grits was to die for. The server which was from Ohio was spot on with his service. The question I always ask, would you go back, yes .
