Good food and great service.
we always schedule a dinner at Ela's when we are back on the Island -- never disapointed
The portions were small, for the cost. Service was great. There was live music on the evening we went, and the table next to us was a large group of guys who were very loud. (table of 10) With the music and table next to us it was very hard to hear the waitress and hold conversation with our own party. The view was beautiful as was the location.
Excellent food and service in a nice location overlooking the marina. We go to Ela’s every time we’re in Hilton Head!
Great overall experience. Little pricey but ambiance and location worth it
Food was very good but service was very rushed. No pacing between anything. Entrees delivered before apps were even half way finished. Just wanted to get you out the door and move on to the next customer. For a restaurant of this caliber the staff should be better trained. Bill was ~$350 for 4 persons. Would really have preferred to enjoy it.
Excellent food, service, atmosphere, and view.
First time at Ela's. Requested seating outside but we were put right by the steps as you enter the outside. Husband LOVED the Salmon Rockefeller. I very much disliked the Veal Ravioli. Menu stated it was in a white wine demi-glace but it was some thick, dark, overpowering sauce -- and way too much of it. Couldn't figure out what it tasted like. I asked the waiter what it was but I couldn't understand what it was even after he told me. We were there early so appetizer and entrees came out very quickly. Might be a little price... read more
