Best I can say is average... everything seemed dated...the building as well as the menu My New York Strip was not good. My daughter’s filet was good, my wife enjoyed the crab cakes. My son’s whole flounder was bland and the Thia Chili sauce tasted like it came from chick-fil-a. The waiter was very nice but overwhelmed. Poor beer selection. Unfortunately not worth what they are charging....disappointed.
We loved the atmosphere, it's by the water and has a great relaxing feel to it at night. Our server was very nice but had too many tables. He tried his best but we felt overlooked. We ordered the lobster and it came out cold and very chewy. By the time our waiter followed up with us, it was just a disappointment. He did not listen to what we were saying and offered to bring more of the side dish, which was not the issue. He did give us a free dessert, so that we very nice of him. Visited from out of state and everything was AMAZING!!! From the bread to the entire meal and the dessert for my birthday! The collard greens, the filet and the chicken YOU MUST TRY!!

We have eaten here several times and always enjoyed it. 30 minutes into our meal I was saying I need to write a really good review. The drinks were great, the appetizer was amazing, and the service good.....then they delivered my entree and it wasn't made how I ordered it. It was a $34.00 entree that I was charged an extra $8 for my request to change the entree a bit. I agreed to it, but something should have been done when I told the waiter it was wrong and he agreed.
We sat outdoors, having a great waterside view. Unfortunately, tables were close together, and most were filled in during our dinner, with no chance for acceptable social distancing. Every other table should have been left unoccupied.
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here for dinner. I called a week in advance to schedule and specifically told them it was our anniversary. I do this so that if there is anything special you all do that there may be time to set up. Some restaurants set a candle or have confetti on your table but unfortunately ELA's did not do that.
