Whenever we are in HHI we always try and find time to dine at Ela’s. The food is always delicious and the service is always great!

Wait staff was not attentive at all to the point that I didn’t tip the bare minimum of 20% for bad service but you show up and are pleasant. We waited for water when we were seated no drink menu had to ask for one. Waitress pored our first glass of wine and never topped us when returning to our table in the future. Our empty appetizer plate sat on the table for forever. We have dined at Ela’s a number of times and always found it an excellent experience. This time we were seated upstairs in a room that needs a lot of work to equal the quality of the main room. I was disappointed.
Fun spot with a great view of the harbor. Excellent wait people—friendly & experienced. The food is very good but we were disappointed in the crab cakes —everything else was delicious.
Great dinner and service by Lisa. Plan ahead for parking, though.
