Wonderful location and view! Upscale vibe and great service. The food was delicious and plated beautifully. We will definitely return when in the area.
Restaurant Week gives many the opportunity to try different foods and restaurants in the area. We were VERY glad we chose this one. The menu was enticing, waitstaff friendly, views amazing. For those of you with mobility issues, make sure you note that in your reservation. There is an elevator to utilize from ground floor to first floor, but no elevator from first floor to second floor. We were not aware of this at the time of our reservation, but the hostess accommodated us. You MUST try this restaurant.

Went for restaurant week and it was great!! Best food value I’ve had from a restaurant week experience. Our server was outstanding and made it a really nice night.

I think Restaurant week and possibly short-staffed influenced my rating as the last time we went we had a great experience - so don’t take this review as don’t go. The menu for Restaurant Week was too saucy for my taste. Service incredibly slow - but they were all hustling - so guessing someone didn’t show up. It would have been nice if someone had at least acknowledged we didn’t get seated for at least 25 minutes past our reservation time.
Loved the service from Emilio. Enjoyed the Restaurant Week special offering: Seared tuna app and seared scallops with filet finished with key lime pie were all wonderful.
Went there for Restaurant Week & got a good deal. We had the fixed price menu with lobster bisque, filet & scallops, and dessert. Food was fantastic. It was our anniversary & I mentioned it when making the reservation. They gave us both a complimentary glass of champagne. Views are fantastic, host & wait staff were very attentive, and the live music was perfect volume. This is my second time at Elsa. I had the swordfish previously, which was also amazing. Would highly recommend..
The food was ok but service was slow. Our waitress was great, as were the other wait staff - everyone was knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. However the food was average and fairly expensive.
