Whenever we’re on Hilton Head, we are sure to visit Ela’s. Never had a bad experience! It was a quiet Thursday night and we arrived a little early for our 6:30 reservation. Shown quickly to our table at the windows overlooking the marina with its boats decorated with Christmas lights. Thouroughly enjoyed our meal and Shelter Cove boats and shops were decorated for Christmas. We sat outside despite Dec but heaters took care of the chill. Lovely, enchanting evening.
We went for Thanksgiving dinner and were very disappointed in the food. It was very expensive and the quality of the food was lacking. The mashed potatoes were dry, the stuffing the same. The meal lacked flavor just very poor quality. We were expecting more from Elas but after this experience, We would not go back for a holiday dinner. On the upside the atmosphere and staff were great.
We spent Thanksgiving week at Hilton Head and had Thanksgiving dinner at Ela's . We were not disappointed! Food was amazing, service was fantastic and the prices for bottles of wine were very reasonable. The pumpkin soup was to die for, the restaurant should make it a staple on their fall menu. Will definitely go back!!

Warm and cozy in November, the ambiance was wonderful, staff was very polished, professional and friendly, and food excellent. Highly recommend as a Hilton Head gem.
So appreciated the host going the extra mile to accommodate me on a cooler, windy day, enabling us to enjoy Sunday brunch on the beautiful balcony. Servers are also good, as is the food. Thanks!
