Sunday brunch was delicious! Eggs Benedict, Omelettes, & lobster bisque were exceptional. The heaters on the porch area allowed us to dine outside on a chilly day! We will return on our next visit to HH!
Always a splendid outing with prompt friendly staff, delicious food choices presented artisically, drink choices galore, and then those many desserts!
The restaurant is located in a very nice waterfront area. The food was very good. The only problem we had was the small portions including the soup. For the price of the soup, we expected more.
This was our third trip to Ela's and we went to experience dining outside. The weather was beautiful which made all the difference to a wonderful experience. Everything from service to food quality was excellent in all ways. If you are ever near Hilton Head Island, I highly recommend to you making a reservation here for and outside dining experience.
We dined here on a whim - my parents live down here, and when dining, there's their reviews and there's everyone else's reviews. We chose to try Ela's despite their opinion of it, and we truly enjoyed it. My girlfriend and I shared a crab cake appetizer which was so tender and delicious! She had the pan-seared scallops, which were excellent, and I had the Imperial Flounder which was flounder stuffed with crabmeat - also wonderful. I was not sure what to expect. We were very pleased with our table, and the server was outstanding. But the biggest surprise, having been disappointed with our meals at Redfish and Alexander's, was the quality of our meal. It was excellent. My wife had the Grouper, I had the oysters, lobster bisque and, the hit of the night ,was the yellow fin Snapper. Simply put, best meal on Hilton Head and best seafood meal in a long time.
Ela's was everything I expected it to be! Dinner was excellent and Amber, our server, couldn't have been more congenial! She was attentive yet not overbearing! Thank you Amber for adding to a wonderful evening! P.S. the ambiance is outstanding as well!

We were in Hilton Head for three nights. The first evening we were tired after a full day drive and chose Ela's as it was close to our resort. We enjoyed it so much we made a reservation for our last evening on the island. They did not disappoint, everything was as good as or better than our first experience.
