My experience has always been 5/5 here. Whenever we have even the slightest concern, they check into it, even without an appointment! All the employees here are friendly and easy to talk to. The office is always clean and comfortable. After my braces/invisalign experience, my teeth looked absolutely amazing, being straighter and cleaner! Along with all those things, the little “perks”, such as the cafe or special events, make it a cozy, but effective orthodontist. ♥️🪥
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Shenandoah Orthodontists. They are always so pleasant to interact with. I love using the app each with to update my progress of my teeth and getting quick feedback. It’s pretty amazing to see the results right at your fingertips. Amazing staff! As a parent my concerns were heard, validated and treatment began immediately. The doctors and staff are always compassionate. Payment arrangements are made in house which is a huge help and the only office I found that did so. They understand not everyone can pay up front and or have a credit card to max out. I will NEVER go to another office.
We have has a great experience so far! My 8 year old always enjoys her visits and the schedule is always flexible enough to give us appointments that work with our busy schedule. I can see the difference in my daughter’s smile already!
“well oiled working office” from start to finish! My husband did some electrical work here and was given a business card, i called and our daughter was seen and well taken care of! i since then have referred 3 others from work and they too have had a great experience!
