I have been taking my malificent there for 4 1/2 yrs I really liked the staff and love the groomer. until now. i pay to have my malificent groomed there. Today she got groomed. They informed me i didn't pay for grooming in July of 2023. That is an outright lie. i pay every time i take her . since i pay cash most times i think one of their employees pocketed the money.. i hate the thought of having to look for a new place for my little girl. i live on less than 950 a month and prioritize money for my puppy first. RecommendedI took my dog to get groomed,specifically told them NOT to cut her LASHES and EARS .And when I picked her up today the GROOMER Leanne did not do what I had requested.The thing that boiled my blood was that i had REPEATEDLY ASKED her not to cut her lashes.
