We had our dogs there in kennel for weekend and when we picked them up Monday they were dirty and had feces in their fur! They were very hungry and acted as if they had been drugged. Will NEVER use them again!!!

I brought my pup in with parvo. They sent me away with a 210$ bill ...with meds that weren’t going to help his condition anyway! I’m upset and feel like they took advantage of situation. My dog died not even 12 hours later and I feel like they knew he wasn’t going to make it. Instead of being honest with me they sent me home with a huge bill and false hope. I’ll never go there again!

My dog had 13 puppies. She had issues with her milk when they were three days old. They got her fixed up and the veterinarian told me about the litter package they have to get the puppies their first shots. I called last Thursday evening to get the puppies scheduled. I could tell the person who answered the phone was less than thrilled to help me. puppies are 8 weeks old. They are going to be very big dogs. I took my cat in because she has had behavioral problems since I found her, 4 years ago, but they have intensified since the death of my older cat in October. My chihuahua somehow hurt her leg in the backyard so I immediately rushed her to Sheridan Road where I have been a client for over 15 years. I was told they had an emergency before me and the front desk went to check. She came back out and told me they couldn’t see my dog or help and if I really felt like she had a broken bone or something I should go to another vet and was given two different names. Sadly since they've sold out to a big corporation my animals did not receive the care they did when I was a child. Once my childhood vets left and opened their own Vet clinics and I suffered a bad experience with my cats yearly checkup I knew it was time to track down my childhood vet and transfer my pets. I had been a customer with Sheridan Road for over 16 years. Sadly they've lost touch with their patients. I really hope they can start getting back to how they were when I was a child.
