My Lil man got into fight needs surgery. Was so upset because we are low income family that barely makes it. Came up with over half and they are gonna go ahead and do surgery.. vet is coming in on day off just to do surgery... we love you all staff at sheridan vet...

We do miss Dr. Conklin very much! We appreciate your kind words about Dr. Olson, she definitely loves her job! Unfortunately people have a very different view when it comes to Corporate though. We make all decisions in house as we always have, so there are really no "restrictions". All of our Doctors have the freedom to practice medicine with the best interest of the pets in mind.
Haven't given this place 2 thoughts since I quit using them. Then my friend posted about a problem he had with the staff and it brought it all back to me. My dogs were patients there since Dr. Conklin opened, I believe it was 77 or 78. Always had an excellent experience with him, friendly, very caring, everything was almost perfect. Then the place grew, new docs, can't see Dr. Conklin anymore, snobs at the front desk, the FINAL straw came when I took my dog in to get him groomed. Not only has this place kept my friends and I waiting 45 minutes to an hour after our appointment time before being seen and then not even apologized for it, the veterinarians here do not seem to know what they are doing. One gave a kitten with an upper respiratory infection a FVRCP vaccine, even as the vet tech questioned his judgment there. Pretty sure everyone knows that is very dangerous. My other issue with this place is that they trash talk their customers and when you are back in the rooms, you can hear them bad mouth... read more
